A hydraulic solenoid valve is a solenoid-controlled directional valve used in a hydraulic system for opening & closing or changing the direction of flow of the liquid. The valve operates with a solenoid, which is an electric coil wound around a ferromagnetic core at its centre.
The Chargeable Battery Operated Scissor Lift offers cordless mobility with efficient electric lifting, powered by a rechargeable battery. It enables smooth and quiet operation, ideal for indoor and outdoor tasks without the need for a power outlet. Designed for convenience and flexibility, it enhances productivity in warehouses, workshops, and maintenance jobs.
A pallet truck is a manual or electric tool used to lift and move palletized goods easily within warehouses and factories. It improves material handling efficiency by allowing quick transportation of heavy loads. Designed for durability and maneuverability, it is essential for smooth warehouse operations.
Allow hydraulic oil into different paths from one or more sources. Will usually consist of a spool inside a cylinder which is mechanically or electrically actuated. The position of the spool restricts or permits flow, thus it controls the fluid flow.
A pressure switch is an instrument that automatically senses a change in pressure and opens or closes an electrical switching element, when a predetermined pressure point is reached. A pressure-sensing element is that part of a pressure switch that moves due to the change in pressure.
They are suitable for pumping low viscosity fluids. These pumps improve flow rate by reducing the internal mechanical losses and damping. An electric motor is coupled to the pump rotor to create a rotary motion. As the rotor rotates, the fluid enters the pump. This fluid flows into the hydraulic vane pump chambers. The volume of the vane chambers at the inlet sections is larger than that at the outlet section of the pump. The decrease in volume helps the fluid to develop a high pressure as it exits the pump. As the rotor rotates, the pump vanes tend to move outwards. This is due to the centrifugal force and the symmetrical shape of the pump casing. In the inlet, the vanes create a vacuum, causing a pressure difference thus, it draws fluid into the pump.
